Good to know before you book
- Furniture and heavy items are cleaned around, not moved.
- On standard and deep cleans, trash liners, paper towels, fresh linens and towels need to be left out for us. On move in/out cleans we bring everything we need.
- Shower and tub tile is scrubbed across the whole surface, not grout line by line, so deep-set stains in grout may not fully come out.
- Garages and other unfinished areas aren't included by default. They can be added as an extra room.

How often should I book a standard clean?
Most homes do well on a bi-weekly schedule. Busy households, homes with kids or pets, and anyone who wants the place consistently guest-ready tend to prefer weekly. Smaller households often choose monthly (every 4 weeks).
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients give us an entry method (a code, a lockbox, or an unlocked door) and come home to a finished clean. Just share the details when you book.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes. We bring all cleaning equipment and products, including commercial-grade vacuums for hardwood, tile, and carpet. We just ask you to leave out trash liners, paper towels, and fresh linens and towels.
Can I get the same team every visit?
We send the same team to recurring clients whenever possible. If a team change is needed for illness or vacation, we let you know in advance.
How is the price set?
Pricing is flat-rate, based on the size and condition of your home. You get a firm quote before you book, with no surprise charges.
Do recurring cleanings cost less?
Yes. We discount recurring service, and the more often we come the bigger the discount. Weekly saves the most, then every other week, then monthly (every 4 weeks).
