We scheduled a deep clean of our house. The Brio team arrived promptly in the morning and got to work, finishing the house in about 3 hours. Afterwards the house was cleaner than it's been in years. We have two cats, a dog, and a one year old so it was not an easy job. Everything feels cleaner and better. Incredible work and we are very thankful.

Had a Deep Cleaning yesterday. The women who came were polite and professional. They arrive timely. They worked continuously throughout the four hours it took. The house is spotless and they even straighten up the mess in our work out area that I didn't know what to do with. Corners that had built up a bit of "stuff" were cleaned. Looking forward to the regular cleaning to keep the place in shape. Over the years I've had several services and this is the best deep cleaning we've had.

They did such a thorough job with cleaning out the oven and even being able to clean the fan on my super high ceiling. I am very busy with a work meeting, wasn't able to give much direction and wasn't able to 'pre' clean as much as I would've liked before they arrived and yet everything looked immaculate! Over the last year, I had only done touch-up and spot cleanings of my home, as I had been cleaning out my late father's house. After dealing with his home all day, the last thing I wanted to do was clean my house, too. Now that the work is done at his place, the thought of giving my home the good, deep cleaning it desperately needed was overwhelming. I contacted Brio for this service, with the intention of my doing the regular cleaning going forward once their deep clean was done. Vanessa and Nelin came yesterday afternoon, and they did a fantastic job! This was our first time using Brio Cleaning. I think it was the owner who came to oversee the first job and make sure it was up to their standards, too. I came in and the house smelled really nice and all the wood shined. The wood floors felt really soft and smooth. The attention to detail was insane! They even got the sticky mess out where my toddler eats. They dusted really high places, too! I was surprised. My husband and I spent the whole night looking around going, "Oh, they did that! And that, too!" Our main bath has this cobble tile in it that is hard to clean, but they did it! The price was really reasonable and, again, the attention to detail was fantastic. I'm a pretty neat person, but this is a whole other level of clean. We will be making this a monthly thing. Thank you Nelin and Vanessa so much for the spectacular job!

Gabriel and his assistant did a wonderful job cleaning my apartment. This was the third cleaning company that I tried in the past six months or so and Brio Cleaning was by far the best. They communicated well and were professional and timely. When I came back home, I could smell the clean as I approached the front door - not an overly perfumed scent, but a fresh "sudsy" smell. My carpet felt better than when I first moved in. All the counters and surfaces were spotless, which was the biggest thing that I cared about. A nice surprise was my stove. This is my first time having a glass cooktop and I thought that I damaged it because it had what looked like scratches, but apparently I just wasn't cleaning it properly. Brio Cleaning has it looking as good as new. I can't wait until my next cleaning!

We had our first cleaning with Brio today. Our home is well over 6000 square feet and a beast to clean. The owner was here, twice, along with a team of 4 employees. The owner is very engaged and communicative with his clients and team. They have a 24 hour gaurantee, so when one item was not up to par I notified the owner. He arrived 20 minutes later with staff, corrected the issue and validated my concern. We will be a repeat customer.
