Good to know before you book

  • Furniture and heavy items are cleaned around, not moved.
  • On standard and deep cleans, trash liners, paper towels, fresh linens and towels need to be left out for us. On move in/out cleans we bring everything we need.
  • Shower and tub tile is scrubbed across the whole surface, not grout line by line, so deep-set stains in grout may not fully come out.
  • Garages and other unfinished areas aren't included by default. They can be added as an extra room.
  • For move-out cleans, running water and electricity need to be on at the property.

How to read this checklist

  • “Within reach” means reachable from the floor on a standard clean. On deep and move in/out cleans we also use a 3-step ladder.
  • “Where present” means we clean it if your home has it.
  • Windows and glass are cleaned on the inside only.
